You will provide personalised, one-to-one support to an individual, helping them live as independently as possible while promoting their wellbeing, confidence, and quality of life. Key Responsibilities Provide person-centred, one-to-one support tailored to individual needs.Assist with daily living activities, including personal care if required.Support community access, appointments, shopping, and social activities.Encourage independence and help develop life skills.Build positive, trusting relationships while respecting dignity and choice.Follow care plans, risk assessments, and safeguarding procedures.Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with colleagues and families where appropriate. Essential Right to work in the UK.Good spoken and written English.Willingness to complete relevant training.An enhanced DBS check (or willingness to obtain one). Desirable Previous experience in care, support work, or working with people with additional needs.Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (if required for the role).
