Production Fabricator

We are currently recruiting Production Fabricators / Assembly Operatives to join a well-established manufacturing company based in Loughborough on a temporary ongoing basis.

This is a hands-on role working within a skilled production environment, carrying out gluing, heat bending and assembly work to create high-quality finished products. The role requires someone with excellent attention to detail, good manual dexterity and a steady hand.

Hours:

40 hours per week - Monday to Friday (early finish on Fridays)

Pay Rate:

£12.71 - £12.85 per hour

Overtime:

Available when required and paid at overtime rates

Key Responsibilities:

* Carrying out gluing and bonding tasks accurately
* Heat bending materials using specialist equipment
* Assembling components to meet quality standards
* Following work instructions and production processes
* Completing quality checks throughout the manufacturing process
* Maintaining a safe, tidy and organised working area
* Working proactively to support the production team

The ideal candidate will have:

* Experience within manufacturing, assembly, fabrication or a similar hands-on environment
* Excellent attention to detail and a steady hand
* Good practical skills and manual dexterity
* A proactive approach with the ability to work independently
* A willingness to learn new skills and processes
* Reliability and a strong work ethic
