Our client is looking for 2 Site Managers to join them on a social housing refurbishment project, ideally the candidates will have previous experience in this sector.

Key responsibilities for this Site Manager role:
Reporting into the Project Manager
Management of method statements and risk assessments
In charge of the daily running of the site
Experience required for this Site Manager role:
CSCS Card and in date
SMSTS Card and in date
First aid at work
Package offered for this Site Manager role:
£Up to £50,000 salary (DOE)
Company car or car allowance
26 days annual leave + bank holidays
Pension & Healthcare scheme
