• Salary: £24.74 per hour
• Hours: 24 hours per week, 2 nights per week including occasional weekend shifts
• Shifts: 7pm-7am shifts

Telford Hall Care Home, nestled in the vibrant community of Lawley, is a 66-bed care home offering specialist nursing, palliative, and dementia care. Our modern facilities include a salon, tranquil lounges, garden rooms, a cinema, and a tea room, designed to create a welcoming and homely atmosphere for residents and staff alike.

As a Registered Nurse at Telford Hall, you will:

• Deliver high-quality nursing care tailored to the individual needs of our residents.
• Administer medication and monitor residents' health.
• Work collaboratively with the care team to create care plans and ensure residents' well-being.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and the wider community.
• Promote a positive, safe, and nurturing environment.
• Mentor and support junior staff, contributing to their professional development.

What We Are Looking For

We are seeking nurses who are:

• Qualified as Registered General Nurses (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMN).
• Compassionate, enthusiastic, and committed to delivering person-centered care.
• Experienced in nursing home care (preferred but not essential).
• Excellent communicators with a team-oriented approach.
