Procurement Administrator

We are looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Procurement Administrator to join our Supply Chain team in Airdrie. This is a varied and fast-paced role providing administrative support across procurement, logistics, export administration and sales order processing. You will play a key role in ensuring purchase orders, export documentation, customer orders and Proof of Delivery (POD) records are processed accurately and efficiently, helping products move seamlessly from supplier to customer. Raise and process purchase orders in line with company procedures.Maintain supplier and product records within the Infor M3 ERP system.Monitor outstanding purchase orders and expedite deliveries where required.Liaise with suppliers regarding pricing, availability, lead times and delivery schedules.Resolve invoice discrepancies in collaboration with suppliers and the finance team.Produce procurement reports and maintain accurate procurement documentation.Requirements Previous administrative experience would be beneficial but is not essential. We welcome applications from candidates looking to start or develop a career in procurement, supply chain, or logistics.Good Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Outlook.Experience using ERP systems would be advantageous, although full training will be provided.Strong organisational and time management skills.Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.Effective communication skills with the ability to build positive working relationships.Eagerness to learn and develop within a procurement environment.Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.A proactive approach and willingness to take ownership of tasks.
