A highly respected regional law firm in Worksop is looking to appoint a Residential Conveyancer to join its thriving property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a Residential Conveyancer, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive, Residential Property Solicitor, or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner seeking high-quality work, long-term career prospects and the opportunity to develop within a well-established and growing firm.

As part of its ongoing growth plans, it is seeking a motivated Residential Conveyancer to play a key role in the continued success of the department.
You will manage a varied caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion. This will include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, new build properties and shared ownership transactions.

About You
As the successful Residential Conveyancer, you will have:
- Experience handling a residential conveyancing caseload with minimal supervision
- Strong technical knowledge of residential property law and conveyancing procedures
- Excellent communication and client care skills
- A proactive and organised approach to caseload management
- The ability to build strong relationships with clients, estate agents and colleagues
- Applications are welcomed from Licensed Conveyancers, Residential Property Solicitors, Chartered Legal Executives and experienced Conveyancing Fee Earners
