About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and enthusiastic Year 3 Teacher to join this thriving school from January 2026 on a full-time, permanent basis .

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging and imaginative lessons across the Lower Key Stage 2 curriculum. You will play an active role in the school’s strong sense of community, working closely with supportive colleagues and families to provide the best possible learning experiences.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering high-quality teaching and learning in Year 3
  • Creating a supportive and inspiring classroom environment
  • Assessing, recording, and celebrating pupils’ progress and achievements
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues to plan and develop engaging learning opportunities
  • Contributing to school life, enrichment activities, and events

This is an excellent opportunity for a teacher who is creative, committed, and eager to make a positive impact on pupils’ learning and wellbeing.

Experience and Qualifications

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and relevant teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE)
  • Experience teaching within Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • High expectations for pupil progress and behaviour
  • Legal right to work in the UK
