Role Overview

The Data Officer will support the collection, analysis, and reporting of student performance and attendance data.

Key responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and updating the school MIS

• Producing attainment and progress reports

• Supporting assessment data collection cycles

• Monitoring attendance and behaviour trends

• Ensuring data accuracy and integrity

• Assisting with statutory returns

• Supporting SLT with performance tracking

• Ensuring GDPR compliance

• Providing staff training on data systems

• Supporting timetable and curriculum data management

The role requires strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

Data & Assessment Team

The Data Officer works alongside the Data Manager and Exams Officer within a structured reporting system.
