- Act as the lead Tax Relationship Director for a portfolio of high-value clients, building trusted relationships and identifying opportunities to provide additional support and advice.
- Oversee the delivery of complex Corporate Tax advisory work, ensuring projects are delivered to a high standard, within scope and budget, while maintaining strong commercial outcomes.
- Drive business development and market growth across Cumbria and beyond, helping to increase market share and contributing to the firm's wider growth ambitions.
- Lead, coach and develop a growing team of tax professionals, while working closely with Partners and the wider senior leadership team to shape the future of the Corporate Tax service.
