We are seeking a dynamic and committed Teacher of Science to join a high-achieving and well-regarded secondary school in Bournemouth from January 2026. This full-time, permanent role offers an exciting opportunity to teach within a thriving science faculty in one of the most academically successful state schools in the region.

About the Science Department

Role Responsibilities
• Teaching Science across KS3–KS4 (KS5 available for suitable candidates)
• Delivering practical and theory-based lessons
• Supporting assessment and tracking of student progress
• Contributing to curriculum development and department planning
• Engaging in extracurricular STEM activities
Experience and Qualifications
• Degree in a Science-related discipline
• PGCE and QTS
• Strong subject knowledge and excellent communication skills
Salary
MPS/UPS (dependant on experience)
