We’re recruiting on behalf of a well-established and respected property business seeking a driven Lettings Manager to lead their successful Honiton office and oversee lettings operations across East Devon. The Role

As Lettings Manager, you will take responsibility for the day-to-day running of the lettings department, managing a team and driving business growth across the region. You will oversee the entire lettings process while maintaining outstanding service levels for both landlords and tenants.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting market appraisals and winning new instructions
• Managing and growing the lettings portfolio
• Creating and marketing property listings
• Negotiating tenancy terms and agreements
• Supporting aspects of property management
• Building and maintaining strong landlord and tenant relationships
• Leading, motivating, and developing the lettings team
• Ensuring smooth and efficient departmental operations
• Identifying opportunities to expand business and increase revenue

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• At least 3 years’ experience within Residential Lettings
• Strong business development and relationship-building skills
• Excellent organisational and communication abilities
• A proactive and self-motivated approach
• Good IT skills and the ability to learn new systems quickly
• A passion for delivering exceptional customer service

A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle are essential.
