Role: Remediation Compliance Specialist | Financial Services
Location: Basildon, Hybrid – likely only a few days on site per month, with a maximum of around 2 days per week
Start Date: ASAP
End Date: 4 Months (initially)
Daily Rate: Competitive, Inside IR35

We’re currently looking for an experienced Remediation Compliance Specialist to join a financial services organisation on an exciting remediation-focused assignment.
About the role
This is an ideal opportunity for a compliance professional with strong experience working within remediation/redress environments , alongside a background in compliance advisory .
You’ll be responsible for providing specialist compliance input across remediation activity, helping ensure cases and outcomes are managed appropriately and in line with regulatory and organisational requirements.
We’re looking for:
Proven experience within a Remediation / Redress environment
Strong Compliance Advisory experience
Previous experience within Financial Services
Ability to provide sound compliance guidance and challenge throughout remediation activity
Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills
Basildon-based: You will need to be able to drive to the site, with parking available.
