💷 Up to £45,000 per annum
We’re recruiting for an experienced Registered Domiciliary Manager to lead a well-established homecare service in Manchester , currently delivering just over 2,000 care hours per week to elderly service users .
This is a senior, hands-on leadership role with full responsibility for service delivery, compliance, and team management.
The Role

• Oversee the day-to-day running of a large domiciliary care service
• Manage and develop care, coordination and office teams
• Ensure safe, high-quality, person-centred care for elderly clients
• Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
• Manage rotas, recruitment, audits, incidents and on-call requirements
• Build strong relationships with families, commissioners and professionals

About You

• Proven experience managing a domiciliary care service
• Strong understanding of CQC standards and elderly care
• Confident leading services delivering high-volume care hours
• Organised, proactive and quality-driven
• Full UK driving licence essential
