Anti-Social Behaviour Officer
Location: Brent - HA9
Pay: £14.80 per hour / Weekly Pay
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Shifts: Monday to Sunday, between 17:00 - 01:00
Contract: Flexible / Temporary
Requirements: Full UK driving licence & SIA Door Supervisor Licence About the Role
Looking for a role where you can make a real difference in your community? We're recruiting Anti-Social Behaviour Officers to support Brent Council, tackling anti-social behaviour and improving community safety. This is a high-impact, frontline role where you'll engage with the public, support vulnerable individuals, and help address issues such as rough sleeping, street drinking, and disruptive behaviour. What You'll Be Doing * Patrolling local areas to identify and respond to anti-social behaviour
* Engaging with individuals involved in begging, rough sleeping, and street drinking
* Supporting vulnerable individuals by directing them to appropriate services
* Investigating incidents and managing complex casework
* Gathering evidence, preparing reports, and supporting legal proceedings
* Working with multiple agencies to resolve community issues
* Attending court when required What We're Looking For * Confident communicator with strong people skills
* Calm, professional, and able to handle challenging situations
* Ability to defuse conflict and work with individuals from all backgrounds
* Good organisational and report-writing skills
* Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team
* Physically able to patrol on foot for long periods
* Flexible approach to working evenings and weekends
* Full UK driving licence (essential)
* SIA Door Supervisor licence (essential)
* Full 5-year checkable work history required
