- Coordinate and prepare project‑related meetings, ensuring they are appropriately scheduled, attended and that accurate, high‑quality minutes are produced.
- Coordinate multiple reports and data inputs, ensuring deadlines are met and working closely with Finance to support external reporting requirements.
- Assist with any additional, role‑specific administrative duties as required.
You have
- Excellent administration and organisational skills; this is a busy role that offers exposure to the wider business and the opportunity to work with a broad range of stakeholders and project teams.
- Strong written and verbal skills, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to prioritise workloads while meeting demanding deadlines, both independently and as part of a team.
- A proven ability to problem‑solve, prioritise effectively and work in a collaborative and efficient manner, supported by strong communication skills.
- Experience of managing or supporting project finances is beneficial.
- A sound understanding and practical experience of working with multiple software packages and systems, including O365 (such as PowerBI) and internal systems.
