This is a fast track to a buyer role and developing your procurement career.

You will be buying fresh produce from a variety of grower partners. You'll build close relationships with the farmers, securing the contracts for the volume of produce you need to fulfil orders. You will deal with any grower returns or quality issues with the suppliers, and form a link between the packhouse and quality team and the suppliers. Planning for peak trading periods will be key to being successful. The role would suit someone who is highly organised and can communicate clearly.
