Customer Advisor
Pay rates ranging from £11.75 - £13.10 per hour depending on your age and great benefits.
Full-time position available at 30 hours per week, working within Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 10:00pm, with a degree of flexibility required. Please note, full flexibility within the opening hours of the store will be expected.

A look into the role
Reporting to the Store Management Team, you will assist in the efficient running of the store on a daily basis, ensuring that a high standards of customer service, is achieved at all times.
As Customer Advisor you will be required to;
- Listening to and understanding our customers' needs and advising customers about our products and services.
- Operate all checkouts accurately, ensuring customer transactions are processed efficiently and in a timely manner.
- Ensure that stock on a daily basis stock is replenished while complying with the company stock rotation process.
- Ensure that stock is effectively merchandised to enhance sales.
- Make sure that all stock is displayed at the correct price using the corresponding Shelf Edge Label.
- To actively ensure that a high level of customer service is achieved and maintained within the store at all times.
- You may be required to cover the Post Office when required as part of this role.
- Any other duties as required for the role.

Working Hours
Full-time position available at 30 hours per week, working within Monday to Sunday, 6:00am to 10:00pm, with a degree of flexibility required. Please note, full flexibility within the opening hours of the store will be expected.
