The Role

As a Care Assistant, no two days are the same. You’ll be supporting a range of individuals with different needs, helping them maintain their independence and quality of life.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Companionship – spending quality time with clients, building trust, reducing loneliness, and becoming a friendly, familiar face
• Personal Care – assisting with washing, dressing, and personal hygiene, always promoting dignity and respect
• Daily Living Support – preparing meals, prompting medication, and helping with light household duties to keep homes safe and comfortable
• Mobility Support – assisting clients to move safely and confidently, encouraging independence wherever possible

You will need:

• A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

• Good communication skills and a desire to make a difference
