Need general IT help with software setup and troubleshooting
I'm looking for a reliable IT helper to assist with a few tasks around my home office. The job involves basic software installation and configuration, setting up a secure Wi-Fi network, and troubleshooting occasional computer slowdowns. Ideally, you can also clean up my startup programs and show me simple maintenance tips. I prefer someone patient who can explain steps clearly and work with Windows 10/11 or macOS. Please include a quick diagnostic approach and an estimated time for completion. Flexible on timing, but I’d like this done within a couple of sessions if needed.
