We are partnering with a leading international fund services provider to recruit a Senior Fund Administrator, Private Equity. This role reports to a Client Relationship Manager and involves the day-to-day administration of complex fund structures. Key responsibilities include maintaining investor records, coordinating fund operations, and managing company secretarial duties such as board minutes. You will also prepare payment instructions, support bank account coordination, and ensure timely regulatory and statutory filings. The position involves overseeing accounts distribution processes and acting as a mentor to junior team members within the team. Applicants should have 3–4 years’ fund administration experience, be part-qualified (CGI or equivalent), and possess strong interpersonal and IT skills.
