- Hours between 8am and 8pm
- 5 days out of 7
- Weekend work included
- General reception desk duties
- Welcoming visitors and contractors to site
- Maintaining sign in/sign out logs
- Resolving door lock issues when required (full training provided)
- Responding to fire alarms if required (full training provided)
- Conducting Means of Escape walks to ensure fire exits remain clear
- Ad hoc cleaning and tidying duties around the property
- Strong customer service skills
- Reliable and professional approach
- Comfortable working shifts and weekends
- Confident responding to emergency situations when required
- Ability to work independently and use initiative
