Currently we are looking for an SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) Senior Consultant / Manager to become a key member of our diverse team.

As an SAP P2P Senior Manager, your role will involve:

• Delivery of SAP enabled transformation programmes - specialising in SAP S/4H Sourcing and Procurement solutions for supply chain processes
• Develop and manage implementation plans that maximise the potential of SAP technology whilst minimising implementation risk
• Designing end-to-end solutions and ensuring deliverables are consistent with design principles, standards and methodologies
• Lead client workshops covering a range of topics including process design, industry best practices and bring SME knowledge in SAP S/4H across Procurement and supply chain
• Support pre-sales conversations with the clients and help to shape a vision of their Procurement transformation journey roadmap
• Build client relationships with senior stakeholders
• Lead or participate in practice development activities which support sales activities and internal capability development
• Facilitate high-level and detailed design workshops for your functional area, collecting business requirements and mapping out business processes

To be successful in this role you are required to demonstrate the following:

Essentials

• Experience in SAP systems implementation, in SAP Source to Pay solutions for direct and indirect procurement.
• Multiple end-to-end implementations in S/4HANA projects.
• Experience working as a consultant with a strong focus on SAP S/4H Sourcing and Procurement.
• Previous experience of managing a team between 3-8 people.
• Train, coach, support, and supervise team members.
• Excellent stakeholder management and relationship building.
• Experience in advising clients on their EWM deployment approach options.
• Good understanding of SAP:
  • Different purchasing procedures (e.g., standard, consignment, subcontracting), purchase requisitions, purchase orders, contracts, scheduling agreements, and release strategies.
  • Inventory Management: Inventory valuation, goods movements, stock transfers, physical inventory, and material requirements planning (MRP).
  • Invoice Verification: Invoice processing, three-way matching, invoice blocks, and payment processing.
  • Source-to-Contract: Sourcing processes, RFQs/RFPs, vendor evaluation, contract management, and supplier relationship management.
• Knowledge about system enhancements and configuration.
• Experience in analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, and documentation.
• Experience in data migration.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication.
• Experience in integrating with SAP Ariba, S2C, P2P, SAP Business Network.

Desirable

• Experience with VIM Software solutions, automated invoice processing, and integration with ERP Systems.
• Understanding of VIM Processes, including invoice receipt, validation, matching, approval, and payment.
• An understanding of other solutions such as SAP Ariba and Fieldglass.
• Aware of recent SAP S/4H Procurement innovations and roadmap.
• Able to provide SME input and best practice business process in Direct and Indirect Procurement.
• Experience of Agile working practices on SAP implementation, along with planning of activities during the project.
