Job OverviewRole: Level 3 Early Years Practitioner Location: Elstead, Godalming, Surrey (GU8 6DU) Salary: £28,000 – £30,000 per year (depending on experience) Hours: Full-time (40 hours per week over 4 days) or Part-time options available Setting: Friendly, 32-place Day Nursery Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-quality childcare and education in line with EYFS frameworks. Act as a key person, monitoring and documenting children's progress and development. Create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment for children aged 0–5. Build and maintain excellent professional relationships with parents and carers. Ensure all safeguarding and health and safety policies are strictly followed. Requirements & Qualifications
Qualification: Minimum Level 3 in Childcare/Early Years (required). Experience: Previous experience working within a nursery setting is essential. Knowledge: Strong understanding of the EYFS and safeguarding procedures. Skills: Excellent communication, teamwork, and a genuine passion for early years education. What’s in it for You?
