We are seeking a committed Specialty Dr in Old Age Psychiatry to work part-time for our NHS client based in Norwich, Norfolk. This locum opportunity is available for an immediate start.

What will your responsibilities be?

This role is based within a Community Mental Health Team (CMHT), focusing on the care of older adults. Key responsibilities include conducting dementia assessments, providing accurate diagnoses, and supporting the development of individualised treatment plans. The successful candidate must hold Section 12 approval and be an Approved Clinician. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team and ensure compliance with the Mental Health Act and other relevant legislation.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Full GMC registration (essential)
• Section 12 approval
• Approved Clinician status
• Experience in old age psychiatry, including dementia assessment and diagnosis
• Strong clinical and communication skills
