Primary Teacher - Local Maternity Cover (January 2027 to June 2027)

The Hamilton International School is seeking a Maternity Cover Primary Teacher to join our team on a fixed-term basis from January to June 2027 . This position is open to local hires only. No relocation package is available.

The role

We are looking for an inspiring, effective teacher committed to high-quality learning and student wellbeing. The ideal candidate is confident with inquiry-based approaches, builds strong relationships with students and families, and contributes enthusiastically to school life.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in education or a related field

• Primary teaching qualification recognized by Qatar MOEHE

• Minimum 2 years of Primary teaching experience

• Strong understanding of effective pedagogy and international best practices

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
