Salary: £55,000 to £60,000 + discretionary bonus
Hybrid Working: Flexible/Hybrid Minimum 2 days mandatory per week in our London office
Location: Current Location, Elstree - Moving to London Bridge from 1st November 2026.
The Role Reporting directly to the Head of Commercial FP&A, you will be a vital strategic partner responsible for the financial integrity of our core planning and reporting processes. In this position, you will coordinate core planning, define performance data requirements, and actively drive the automation projects that support our commercial decision-making.
This role is ideal for a finance professional with a background in Commercial FP&A who approaches challenges with an agile mindset, enjoys working collaboratively across teams, and possesses strong project and stakeholder management skills. As we continue to grow, you will be a key player in driving our high-growth transformation journey.
Essential Criteria (You must possess these core skills and experiences to be considered for the role)
Analytical Problem Solving: Strong financial modeling capabilities with the ability to simplify complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations.
Finance & Planning Experience: Professional experience working within a Commercial FP&A, core financial planning, or corporate finance function.
Commercial Acumen: The ability to understand business drivers and focus on how financial choices impact consumer and commercial performance.
Communication Skills: The ability to share financial insights clearly and effectively with both financial and non-financial stakeholders.
Collaborative Style: A track record of building positive, productive relationships across different departments and working effectively in a team environment.
Desirable Criteria (These are assets that will help you excel, but we encourage you to apply even if you do not meet all of them)
Automation Projects: Experience identifying manual process bottlenecks and partnering with data or IT teams to build automated system solutions.
Business Transformation: Understanding of or experience working within business transformation projects, including data or process change activities.
Fast-Paced Environments: Experience operating within a high-growth, fast-paced, or rapidly changing corporate environment.
