Customer Service Administrator

A client of ours, based on the outskirts of Chelmsford, is looking for a Temporary Customer Service Administrator to join their busy and welcoming team ASAP until December. This is a full-time temporary position, Monday to Friday, working 8 hours per day between 8:00am and 5:00pm, with a pay rate of up to £12.71 per hour. Please note, due to the location of the site, you must be a driver as it is not accessible by public transport. Your key responsibilities as a Customer Service Administrator will include: Responding to incoming customer calls and email enquiries Accurately updating databases, records and Excel spreadsheets Preparing and drafting customer correspondence and letters Monitoring and following up on ticket responses Managing diaries and coordinating appointments Providing general administrative support across two departments Preparing and maintaining relevant documentation Supporting the wider team with day-to-day administrative tasksTo be considered for this Customer Service Administrator position, you will need: Previous experience within customer service, administration or a similar role Excellent verbal and written communication skills A professional, approachable and positive manner The ability to manage a busy workload and prioritise effectively Strong attention to detail with a high level of accuracy Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and confidence using IT systems A proactive approach with the ability to work well as part of a team A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle due to the locationIf you are immediately available and feel you have the skills and experience required for this Temporary Customer Service Administrator opportunity, please apply with your CV. #accountsjobs...
