Your responsibilities as a Senior Tax Manager - Private Capital Transactions
You will play a key role in delivering high-quality tax services to clients, developing and strengthening client relationships to ensure an exceptional level of service. You’ll also support business growth by proactively managing existing accounts, identifying new opportunities, and maintaining a strong focus on technical excellence combined with commercially practical advice.
Requirements
We’re seeking a degree-qualified tax professional (ACA/ATT/CTA or international equivalent/Law qualification) with the ability to solve complex problems creatively and pragmatically. You’ll bring strong relationship-building skills and a consistent track record of delivering high-quality work. A commitment to continuous learning is essential, with the drive to stay up to date on UK and international tax developments so you can provide informed, forward-thinking advice to clients.
