Where will you be working?

At M Group Energy, we’re enabling the energy essential to support our lives.

We provide an end-to-end service, delivering solutions in electricity transmission, distribution, renewable energy, EV, metering and home decarbonisation.

This role is within our Electricity Transmission division. We design, build and commission substations at voltages up to and including 400kV. Our teams construct and maintain transmission lines and substations, ensuring the efficient and reliable delivery of electricity.

• Experience leading quality assurance or operational quality
• Strong understanding of quality systems and standards
• Ability to identify trends and risks
• Confidence implementing improvements at scale
• Strong planning and organisational skills
• Communication and influencing skills
• Ability to lead and challenge effectively
• Strong working knowledge of ISO 9001:2015
• Auditing skills
