Assistant Year Manager

Part-time, Full-time

This role is 37 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (term time, plus non-pupil days). 

Working days will be Monday to Friday. 

A Day in the Life:

You'll be responsible for bringing your passion and expertise to the following areas:

  • To be an initial point of contact for parents/carers developing positive and supportive home/school relationships.

  • As part of the pastoral team structure, contribute to the provision and organisation of mentoring programmes to support progress and attainment.

  • To provide support and structure through a consistent application of the school’s Behaviour for Learning policy and ensure students meet the standards of school uniform requirements.

  • To assist the Year Manager and Pastoral Leader in dealing with any day to day pastoral issues as they arise.

  • Inspire trust and confidence in all stakeholders and colleagues.
