Your key responsibilities

Brown's Hotel is seeking a Part-Time Waiter/Waitress to join our In Room Dining team.

This role has been created to support our evening operation, covering approximately 22 hours per week across 4–5 evening shifts (18:00–22:00) .

You will deliver exceptional service to guests enjoying luxury dining in the comfort of their rooms, working closely with the Assistant Manager and Supervisors to meet the highest guest expectations. With a passion for fine food and wine, you'll be confident, adaptable and well-presented, providing discreet, high-quality service in a fast-paced environment. Your efficiency, ability to learn quickly and commitment to excellence will be key to your success, with opportunities for career development within the Rocco Forte family.

As a valued part of the Forte family, you will:

• Deliver exceptional in-room dining service to our guests, ensuring every interaction reflects our luxury standards.

• Provide evening operational support across approximately 4–5 shifts per week, typically between 18:00 and 22:00, helping to ensure seamless service during our busiest periods.

• Tailor your approach to achieve high-quality results and exceed expectations.

• Deliver discreet, understated and timely service, always going the extra mile to ensure guest satisfaction.

• Take ownership of your role, performing with excellence in line with departmental standards.
