The Role

As a Graduate Teaching Assistant / Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Provide classroom support across a range of subjects and key stages.
- Deliver targeted one-to-one and small-group interventions.
- Support pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.
- Assist students in developing strong literacy, numeracy, and study skills.
- Help create an engaging, inclusive, and positive learning environment.
- Work alongside teachers to prepare resources and support lesson delivery.
- Support students socially, emotionally, and academically.
- Encourage pupil participation, confidence, and independence.
- Contribute to the school's strong pastoral and wellbeing provision.

Essential Requirements
- A degree from a recognised university.
- Strong GCSE and A-Level results.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A professional, positive, and proactive attitude.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- A genuine passion for working with children and young people.
Desirable
- Previous experience working with children or young people.
- Experience in tutoring, mentoring, coaching, youth work, or educational settings.
- An interest in teaching, educational psychology, speech and language therapy, or SEND.
- Experience supporting students with additional learning needs.
- A driving licence and access to a vehicle.
