Essential:
- The Background: Proven experience as a Residential Care Worker or a deep personal drive to enter the children's sector.
- The Skills: Inquisitive, solutions-focused mindset with the ability to write clear reports and adapt to digital logging platforms.
- The Personality: Naturally outgoing, open-minded, and highly resilient when navigating real-world, complex behaviors.
- Logistics: Full UK driving licence, right to work in the UK, and a willingness to complete an application form and undergo an Enhanced DBS check.
Qualifications: Already hold an NVQ Level 3 in Residential Childcare or an equivalent health and social care qualification.
