This isn't a "just deliver the curriculum" role. We want someone who will actively shape and develop our KS1 provision — embedding wellbeing and growth mindset principles at the heart of everything they teach. You'll have real scope to influence curriculum development, bring fresh ideas to the table, and help us build on the ambitious, nurturing culture we've created.

We're looking for someone who…
Has a genuine passion for early education and believes the earliest years of school matter enormously
Brings strong curriculum knowledge and an appetite for professional growth
Understands how to build children's confidence, resilience, and love of learning
Has excellent pastoral instincts and puts pupil wellbeing at the centre of their practice
Is collaborative, positive, and eager to contribute to a tight team where everyone pulls together
Can motivate and inspire children of all abilities
Has a track record of strong teaching that would enhance our academic culture
An understanding of the 7+ process is desirable but not essential. Experience in the independent sector is welcomed, though what matters most is a commitment to providing children with the very best start.
