We are currently looking for a skilled

Multi Trade Operativ e to join our Voids team based in the Godalming area, specialising in carrying out void and refurbishment works to our customers properties.

Competitive basic salary of £39,870 with the potential to earn up to £43,926

The Multi Trade Operative Role

• Undertaking multi trade work including jobs such as plumbing, patch plastering, tiling, and carpentry repair works in a domestic setting, utilising problem-solving capabilities.
• Typical repairs can include broken taps, leaking pipes, drainage unblocks, and general kitchen and bathroom repair work
• You will be responsible for ensuring our clients properties are ready for handover, working to deadlines and managing timeframes to ensure transitions run smoothly

What You Will Bring As a Multi Trade Operative

• You will be qualified to Level 2 in either Carpentry or Plumbing, although other Level 2 trade qualifications are also welcomed.
• Domestic / social housing experience would be beneficial as would experience working void properties
• A full UK Driving License is essential for this role
