A Head of Kitchen is required to lead the catering service at Brinsley primary school in Nottingham. This role involves managing kitchen operations, preparing meals to a high standard, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Key Responsibilities • Plan, prepare, and cook meals for pupils and staff • Manage kitchen operations and supervise catering staff • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and food hygiene standards • Monitor stock levels and place orders as required • Maintain a clean and safe kitchen environment What We’re Looking For • Previous experience in a supervisory catering role essential • Strong leadership and organisational skills • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Reliable and committed to high standards
