A Quick Look at the Role

As a Residential Sales Lister , you will be responsible for winning new instructions, valuing properties and bringing homes to market. You’ll build strong relationships with vendors, deliver exceptional customer service and help grow market share within your local area.

Your role will include:

• Generating and securing new business opportunities through proactive prospecting
• Carrying out property valuations and advising clients on the best route to market
• Listing properties for sale and ensuring they are marketed effectively
• Building strong relationships with vendors, buyers and local customers
• Delivering an excellent customer journey from instruction through to completion
• Identifying opportunities to introduce customers to our in-house Mortgage Services team

Skills and Experience We’re Looking For

To be successful as a Residential Sales Lister / Estate Agent , you will ideally have:

• Previous experience within estate agency, property sales or residential lettings (such as Sales Lister, Valuer, Estate Agent, Senior Negotiator or Sales Negotiator)
• Experience winning new business and working towards sales targets
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• A proactive, positive and resilient approach
• Excellent organisation and attention to detail
• Confidence using IT systems, including Microsoft Office, email and internet systems
• A full UK driving licence
