Your role as Quality Assurance Lead:
- Lead quality assurance audits & service reviews , producing clear, actionable insight
• Drive continuous improvement & governance systems , embedding consistent assurance processes
• Oversee inspection readiness & CQC compliance , including PIR quality assurance
• Monitor quality data, risks & action plans , ensuring timely delivery of improvements
• Provide expert advice & challenge , supporting leaders to raise standards and outcomes
Your experience as Quality Assurance Lead:
- Strong Adult Social Care sector expertise , specifically in quality, compliance and assurance
• Proven track record of inspection readiness & regulatory engagement (CQC)
• Experience delivering audit frameworks, governance and improvement planning
• Ability to analyse complex data & identify risks , translating into improvement actions
• Confident in influencing and challenging senior stakeholders to drive change
