We're seeking bubbly, creative individuals who are looking for a rewarding opportunity as a professional FUN provider within a lovely elderly Nursing Home in Newport.
The role would involve:
* Planning, organizing and overseeing a variety of activities for residents in a nursing home setting.
* Developing engaging programs that promote socialization, physical activity and mental stimulation
* Coordinating events and entertainment to enhance residents' quality of life
* Collaborating with staff to ensure activities meet the needs and preferences of residents
* Maintaining accurate records of activity participation and resident preferences Requirements for the role: * Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, or nursing home settings essential
* Strong passion for providing care and improving the quality of life for residents
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with residents, families and staff
* Knowledge of mental health problems care practices and techniques desirable" This role has many benefits including: * Shorter shifts
