About the Role

We're investing in the future of our People Services function and are looking for an experienced HR Project Lead to help deliver a programme of workforce modernisation, organisational change and service improvement. This is a hands-on project role where you'll lead key People Services initiatives from planning through to implementation. You'll work with managers, senior leaders and Trade Union representatives to deliver projects that improve how we support our workforce and operate as an organisation. Projects will include areas such as: • Pay and reward reviews. • Job evaluation activity. • Workforce systems and process improvements. • Organisational change and restructuring projects. • Workforce modernisation and service transformation initiatives. • Employee engagement and change programmes. You'll be responsible for developing project plans, managing risks and dependencies, monitoring progress, coordinating resources and ensuring projects are delivered on time and achieve their intended outcomes. You'll also provide reports, recommendations and updates to senior stakeholders and governance groups. This is a unique 2-year fixed-term opportunity to shape the future of People Services, work on high-profile transformation projects and make a lasting impact across the organisation.

What You Will Bring

You'll be an experienced HR, People Services or project professional with a track record of delivering change and improvement initiatives. You will be confident managing multiple priorities, engaging stakeholders and driving projects forward in a complex environment. Essential Requirements • CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent relevant experience. • Experience leading projects, workstreams or service improvement initiatives. • Experience supporting organisational change and transformation. • Strong stakeholder management, communication and analytical skills. • Experience working with workforce information and performance data.
