IQVIA seeks a Consultant Medical Writer for its Global Health Economics team in London. The role involves creating health economic and HTA-focused documentation, including value dossiers and payer communications, while supporting project delivery across multiple therapeutic areas and geographies.
Responsibilities
- Write health economic and HTA-focused documents including value dossiers, payer communications, and regulatory submissions
- Co-manage project workstreams and thought leadership initiatives alongside senior team members
- Develop literature reviews, evidence synthesis reports, and health economic modelling documentation
- Conduct quality control reviews and guide junior team members' work contributions
- Interpret clinical and economic evidence to create compelling payer-focused value narratives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, epidemiology, or health economics; Master's preferred
- Approximately 5 years medical writing experience; minimum 3 years in HEOR/HTA specifically
- Direct experience writing global value dossiers and benchmark HTA submissions (NICE, G-BA)
- Familiarity with health technology assessment processes and regulatory submissions
- Fluent English communication skills with expertise in scientific writing
- High-quality written output with limited senior guidance; advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, and project coordination capabilities
