A caring and gentle part time live out carer is needed by a family living in Essex to assist them with their daily routines. Someone who speaks Hindi or Urdu would be a bonus.
Working hours: Monday to Sunday, 1 pm to 3 pm, and 8 pm to 10 pm. Fridays will be one additional hour, 12 pm to 3 pm
Duties include:
- general care duties
- personal care when required
- transferring and manual handling
- companionship
- stimulating and entertaining the client
- motivating and stimulating the client
- ensuring that the client has everything that she needs at all times
- taking the client out for walks for fresh air when required
- making sure she is being supported at all times
- ensuring the client is safe and comfortable at all times
- supporting the client to live and thrive independently
- upstanding family members
- taking the client to and from appointments
- laundry
- hoovering, mopping, dusting
- changing bed sheets and linen
- dishes, laying out clothes daily, shopping
- running errands and ensuring the house stays neat and tidy at all times
- cooking and preparing meals for the client
They require someone who has a valid UK residence permit. They need someone to start as soon as possible.
