Full-Time Long-Term Temporary or Permanent
We are looking for an experienced and reliable Multi Trader to join my clients growing team, working across the Central Belt of Scotland on a newly awarded commercial contract.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who takes pride in delivering high-quality workmanship across multiple trades while providing excellent customer service.
The Role
You will be responsible for carrying out a wide variety of maintenance, repair and refurbishment works, including:
- Joinery
- Plumbing
- Painting & Decorating
- Basic Electrical Repairs
- Plastering Repairs
- Tiling
- General Building Maintenance
- Reactive and Planned Maintenance
Work will be carried out at commercial client sites across the Central Belt, so flexibility and a professional approach are essential.
What We’re Looking For
- Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Maintenance Operative
- Competent across a range of building trades
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- A positive attitude with a commitment to high standards of workmanship
