You should already be working in the Commercial/Call Centre/Contact Centre or a professional sector of recruitment, however candidates working in other recruitment sectors will be considered. You should already be a successful Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant with a demonstrable track record and be looking to take your next step to one of the major players in this sector.

You should be a dynamic self starter, enthusiastic, determined, be prepared to work in a fast paced, exciting environment and would like the opportunity to be the architect of your own career. This is a client facing role and you will also be expected to lead from the front in developing business for your operation.
