You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to post-completion, handling matters including: * Sales and purchases
* Freehold and leasehold transactions
* Remortgages
* Transfers of equity
* New build purchases
* Shared ownership matters About You
You will be: * A Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive
* Experienced in running a residential conveyancing caseload independently
* Client-focused with excellent communication skills
* Organised, proactive and commercially aware
