Senior Claims Advocate - Crisis Management

This is an exciting opportunity for a Crisis Management claims professional who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will be managing a portfolio of high-value claims from inception to resolution whilst ensuring exceptional service delivery and client satisfaction. Classes of business handled will include Product Recall, Political Violence and Political Risks.

Other duties will include providing mentorship and guidance to less experienced colleagues fostering a culture of continuous learning and development within the claims team.

Applicants should have prior London Market Crisis Management, Political Violence and/or Political Risk claims handling experience ideally gained from a reputable Insurer, Lloyd's Syndicate, Lloyd's Broker or Law firm. You will have proven experience of managing sophisticated claims and delivering results in a client-facing environment. This will be a hybrid role with lots of flexibility for remote working.
