* Communicate effectively with learners, employers, and colleagues, acting as a key point of contact for the service.
* Provide valuable information, guidance, and support to learners and stakeholders, escalating any issues as necessary.
* Collaborate with colleagues and managers to identify areas for improvement in delivery and assessment practice.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in compliance with service and awarding body requirements.
* Plan and arrange assessment activities, including workplace observations, while liaising with learners and employers/supervisors.
