We're looking for Support Workers to join our Touch Base South East day service in Barnet, London; a vibrant, purpose-built centre in the heart of the community, supporting around 50 individuals. This role offers 32.5 hours per week at £14.58 per hour (inclusive of inner London allowance).
Assisting with personal care, medication, and wellbeing
Supporting people with finances and day-to-day independence
Accompanying people out into the local community, including work placements and social activities
Who we're looking for: Someone enthusiastic, warm, and genuinely passionate about supporting others
A positive, can-do attitude with the energy to thrive in a busy, active environment
A full manual UK driving licence is beneficial for community trips
Knowledge of BSL, Makaton, or a similar communication method is a bonus
Willingness to attend training and develop in the role
