Fantastic opportunity for a Property Conveyancing Paralegal!
I'm working with a well-established and specialist property law firm in Woking who are looking to add an experienced Paralegal to their friendly and professional team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who already understands residential conveyancing and wants to build on their experience within a genuinely property-focused environment.

* Full-time, office-based role
* Work alongside experienced property fee earners
* Hands-on exposure to the full residential conveyancing process
* Excellent opportunity to develop your property law knowledge
* CLC-route environment with genuine scope to build your career The Role You'll play an important role within the property team, supporting fee earners and helping ensure matters progress smoothly from instruction through to completion. Your responsibilities will include: * Supporting fee earners with residential conveyancing matters
* Dealing directly with clients, estate agents, lenders and other third parties
* Managing and updating the firm's case management system
* Preparing correspondence and legal documentation
* Providing regular updates and handling client enquiries
* Assisting with exchange and completion
* Preparing completion statements and requesting funds
* Processing payments and supporting accounts administration
* Using HM Land Registry and other online systems
* Keeping matters progressing accurately and within deadlines Who are they looking for? They're looking for someone who is: ✔️ Experienced within residential conveyancing/property law
✔️ Confident dealing with clients and third parties
✔️ Organised, proactive and highly detail-focused
✔️ Comfortable working in a busy property environment
✔️ A strong communicator with excellent telephone manner
✔️ Keen to develop their career within a specialist property law firm ⚠️ IMPORTANT - CLC ROUTE This is a CLC-route firm, so practical property experience is key. They are NOT looking for someone who has simply completed a law degree without relevant conveyancing experience. This opportunity is much better suited to an experienced Conveyancing Assistant, Legal Assistant or Property Paralegal who already understands the residential conveyancing process. Interested?
