Position: Expert Project Manager
Type: Contract
Compensation: $50–$60/hour
Location: Remote
Role Responsibilities
- Track project and annotator performance using Google Sheets .
- Review annotator quality to ensure high standards.
- Handle contributor communications effectively.
- Demonstrate high agency and strong organizational skills.
- Apply an analytical mindset to enhance LLM training projects .
- Own unfamiliar problems from start to finish.
Qualifications
Must-Have

- Real investment in LLM training projects .
Preferred
- Background in Ops or project management.
